SSKF

     Though I’m only seventeen years old, in my own life, there are many unforgettable memories.

     When I was a freshman in junior high school, I joined a club called”SSKF”. SSKF is a club where you can learn dancing, sign language and drama. Every year, SSKF has to hold a performance to present our work in the club. When I became a sophomore, we had to prepare and plan the performance by ourselves.

     In the process, we had difference opinion sometimes. So I learned to communicate with my partners and took their advice. All of us, worked together and hoped that our performance would be perfect.

     On the day of our performance, we got a lot of laudation. Our performance was very popular and received high praise. Although I spent lots of time prepared the performance, the feedback made the hard work worthwhile.

Things I like about Nei-hu!!

     I have been living in Nei-hu for fifteen years. Even my elementary school, junior high school and senior high school are located in Nei-hu. I spent most of my time in Nei-hu. I have many impressive and unforgettable memories in here.

     In Nei-hu, the most important place for me is where I was studying—Lishan Junior High School. There, I met my best friend and a teacher who has a strong impact on me. When I was a eighth grader, I wasn’t a hard-working student, even cheating in the test. Instead of scolding me, my teacher taught me some important lessons and gave me an opportunity. Therefore, I changed my attitude and began to study hard.

     I learned and grew mentally in my junior high school. I’ll never forget this place and the lessons my teacher taught me.

SSKF is the best and the happiest club in Lishan Senior High School! Two years ago, when I first entered senior high school, there was a performance which acquainted new students with every club in school. The sophomores in SSKF were dancing and performing sign language on the stage. Their performance attracted me to join SSKF.

In SSKF, we not only learned dancing and sign language, but also learned how to be a leader of a team. When we became sophomore, we had a big show, which comprised dancing, sign language and drama. For the show, we spent a year to plan and practice.

When we finished our big show, everyone in the club cried on the stage. One reason was because we released the stress of holding the show ;another was that we began to prepare for our big exam.

 

 

Doze off in the class

    In the English class last week, the teacher was teaching lesson 30”We are the world”. Because the final examination was approaching, the students were concentrating on class and wrote down their notes carefully, except for Peter, who was dozing off in English class and wasn’t paying attention to English teacher.

The night before, Peter was writing the English report, whose deadline would be last month. Peter always forgot to do the homework and was too lazy to finish it. Peter thought that it is nonsense to waste his time to write a report. “If I am a teacher, I wouldn’t make my students writing reports” Peter thought.” I will make my class interesting and students won’t sleep in my class.”

“Wake up,” the teacher called out,” You have slept for twenty minutes.” “Mm….don’t sleep in my class…”Peter murmured. Everyone was laughing at Peter’s talking in the dream.

Peter’ s Puppy

     Yesterday was Peter’s birthday. He had been longing for a pet since last month, so his mother gave him a dog as his birthday gift and told Peter that made sure the dog wouldn’t make the house messy and dirty.

     After Peter’s birthday party was end, Peter was so excited and wanted to take the dog for a walk in the park. Peter played many games with the dog. When he threw a ball for the dog to catch, the dog disappeared, Peter ran around the park but couldn’t find the dog. Tears burst into his eyes. He was very sad that he lost the dog and couldn’t find it back.

     To peter’s surprise, the dog didn’t disappear. It was just waiting for Peter in front of Peter’s house, how clever the dog was! Peter was so happy and promised that he wouldn’t get lost the dog again.

Pussy

     It was a leisure afternoon, Polly was playing with a little pussy in the park near her house. The pussy wasn’t afraid of humans and was attracted to the ball Polly has. The pussy was so cute and Polly had been longing to own a pet like it. Therefore, Polly decided to take the pussy home.
     At the beginning, Polly’s mother rejected Polly’s request, because Polly’s mother was allergic to cats. Most importantly, a cat without training might made the house dirty. After some discussions, Polly promised that she would keep the house clean and take care of the pussy. As a result, Polly’s mother allowed Polly to own the pussy.
     The next day, when Polly came to the park to pick the pussy home, other cats were following Polly to her house. These cats intruded into Polly’s house but Polly couldn’t stop them. They was jumping up the sofa and scratched the cushions, making the house a mess. What was worse, the cats urinated on the furniture. Now Polly really got into  trouble!

My Best Friend, Elissah Huang

 

     Elissah Huang is a very thin, with big eyes and messy short hair. She is an artistic girl, always full of imagination and creativity. We were classmates in elementry school and junior high school. I had thought she was difficult to get along with. But things changed when we were at junior high school. Both of us changed each other a lot.

     Elissah had lacked confidence and was melancholy. In contrast, I am a lively girl. My personality affected her to be more optimistic. Likewise, Elissah taught me to stand in other’s shoes or see things in a different angle.

     Even though Elissah immagrated to Canada three years ago, we still keep in touch and she is still irreplaceable to me.

A Special Surprise

     It was a nice day evening. Mary was cooking the meal in the kitchen. She wanted to prepare a big dinner.Because today was a very special day—the fifth wedding anniversary. She planned to give a surprise to her husband Geoge.

     Mary made Lucky, the dog, stand near the refrigerater and expected she and Geoge would have a romantic night. Suddenly there was someone knocking on the door. When Mary opened the door, it was a gorilla standing outside. Mary screamed and dropped the plates out of her hands, she was so scared that she almost fainted.

     However it was very strange that a gorilla would appear in her house. After a few seconds, the gorilla took his head off and revealed a man’s head. “Hello honey” Geoge brought some flowers to Mary. “I’m so sorry for my joke, but I really hadn’t thought that you would react like this.” Geoge said.

Summer is coming!!

last week was still raining, but today is really hot and have big sunny day!!!

Even though temperature begin to rise , when I look into the sky, soft sunshine and sky blue make me happy!

Hope the sunny day can abide a long time.

 

 When we talking about summer , I will associate it with ice cream,beach,holiday…..etc these happy things.

But this summer ,there is no time for us to waste. We have to face a big challenge!

The challenge is the coming big exam. This exam relate to the university we enter in the future.

In order to achieve my goal , I have to study harder than before.
